1. Who we are and what hote.my does

hote.my is an online travel agency (OTA) brand of the Cumulate group. You can reach us at admin@cumulate.app.

hote.my shows hotel availability and prices supplied by our booking partner, Nuitée Travel, and helps you book them.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by Nuitée Travel, our booking partner and merchant of record. hote.my never sees or stores your card details, and your card statement may show NUITEE together with HOTE.MY. The rate rules, cancellation policy and taxes for each room are shown before you pay and form part of your booking.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Refundable rooms can be cancelled free of charge until the deadline shown (Malaysia time). Refunds go back to your original payment method under the partner’s and hotel’s policy. Non-refundable rooms cannot be refunded.

4. Taxes paid at the hotel

Some taxes and fees, such as tourism tax for foreign guests, are collected by the hotel at check-in. We show known amounts before you pay; the hotel’s own bill prevails.
