How booking works
Who takes my payment?
Payments are processed by Nuitée Travel, our booking partner, which acts as merchant of record. hote.my never sees or stores your card details. Your card statement may show NUITEE.
When is my booking confirmed?
Usually within seconds of payment. Your trip page shows each step live: payment received, booking confirmed, and the hotel’s own confirmation number once the hotel sends it.
How do I cancel?
Open My trips, choose the booking and tap Cancel. Free-cancellation rooms show the deadline in Malaysia time, and we remind you 48 hours and 6 hours before it passes.
Are taxes included?
The price you pay online is shown first. Any taxes or fees the hotel collects at check-in — such as tourism tax for foreign guests — are listed on their own line before you pay.
Who runs hote.my, and how do I reach you?
hote.my is an online travel agency (OTA) brand of the Cumulate group. Email admin@cumulate.app with your booking ID and we will help.
Why is it called hote.my?
In French, “hôte” means both host and guest. That is how we think about a stay: it works when both sides are looked after. The “.my” is for Malaysia.
What are member prices?
Some hotels allow lower prices only for signed-in members. Membership is free: create an account with your email or continue with Google from the Account page.
