ZOOM HOTEL

Good for short stay.

Liked Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, tea kettle in room for coffee or tea, 2 bottles of water, mini fridge, safe. Lots of eating places close by.

Disliked no usable drawers, just for show only.

Liked The staff was amenable - I left my room key in the room one day, and they just gave me another replacement without making a fuss. Rooms were clean, and they only clean them when you ask them to, so you don’t have to worry about any of your stuff getting moved around

Disliked They required a RM200 cash deposit up front to be returned at check out. If this had been our first stop in Malaysia, we would have not had any way of meeting this requirement as who has currency of a country before they get there? Maybe give a heads up before we get there so we can prepare to get cash before we get there

Disliked The staffs should be equiped t to resolve room cleanilness issue; eg. Change whole set of owels, toilet papers, clean service time, etc.

Our stay was happy and comfortable. No complaints to say.

Liked The location, close to the main Street food outlets , the hotel itself.
