ZHI The Shore Suites Kota Kinabalu

Excellent

Liked I had the opportunity to stay in the same building through two different operators, and I can confidently say that ZHI was by far the better experience. The room provided by ZHI was exceptionally clean, tidy, well-maintained, and comfortable. The overall condition and cleanliness were noticeably better compared to the room I stayed in with the other operator. I was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail provided by ZHI. The stay was comfortable and hassle-free, and I would definitely choose ZHI again for my future visits. Highly recommended!

Liked Handy location, but noisy from the fishing boats

Disliked Very tired rooms with worn and stained carpet. Dirty grout in the shower, and the pool was under repair. Some amenities were located down the street in different buildings.

The host is very kind and accomodating. Good area and easy access

Pleasant Month-Long Stay at 2-BR Unit with Great Servicel

Liked We loved the 2-br unit. The last two years we rented a studio unit (on the 18th flr) at The Shore from someone else , but this time we wanted to stay in a bigger unit with a balcony. The 2-br unit is much better than those small studios. It has plenty of storage space. -Also, the 12th floor is much quicker to get to from the lobby. You can also take the stairs to the pool. -ZHI provided room cleaning every 5 days, with tissue and toilet tissue replenished. Also, they have a water dispenser in the unit so we didn't have to buy and carry big bottles of water or rolls of toilet paper back. -The host was very responsive and pleasant. We'll definitely stay at this ZHI unit again.

Disliked -Shower water never got hot. -Couch was uncomfortable
