Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness & Maintenance
Liked The location is really good. It’s convenient to go to Brinchang, and it’s also convenient to go to Tanah Rata. That’s the only good thing about it.
Disliked The things I disliked are, first of all, the cleanliness. The receptionist did not greet the customer at all, and the reception area was dirty and very dark. The entrance area was also dirty. I understand that the property is shared, but I believe the management should take more action to maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the place. As for the room, the paint was clearly not maintained at all. The bedsheets had stains and did not look clean. The toilet and pipes were also not in good condition, and there was an unpleasant smell. The curtains were extremely dirty as well. Honestly, I was very disappointed with my stay. I had no choice but to stay there that day because I could not find another place to move to. If possible, I would like to request a 50% refund as compensation for the poor condition of the accommodation.
