Liked Lovely staff, great location, smashing view, drinking water tap in room. Good options for breakfast but hot food was lukewarm.
Disliked Tired, stains, bathroom needs updating, no bathrobes, no hand towels, tissues ran out quickly. Expected better from a five star.

Liked Staff are helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was wide spread, wide variety of local and international dishes.
Disliked Carpet is extremely dirty and stained. Changed rooms and its the same. Even the carpet in the reception is dirty. Dusty as vacuuming is not thorough. Cleaniless not well maintained.2
