Zeala Asmara Motel

Disappointing

Including tourist tax, the room is overpriced and the price-performance ratio is not right.

Liked The location of the hotel is good as it is not far to the jetty and there are a few shops, a small market and restaurants nearby. You also can sit in Front of the Hotel and have a Drink and smoke Cigarrettes.

Disliked The budget room is shabby and very small, has no windows, the bathroom is dirty, there is no hot water. Apparently there has been no WiFi in the entire hotel for months. You can only connect the kettle to the electricity on the bed because there is no other socket or storage space for it, and there are no cups to make tea or coffee. There is also no refrigerator. During Chinese New Year most of the Shops and Restaurants in Kuah/Langkawi are closed for over one week, but this is not the fault of the Hotel.

Horrendous experience, very bad staff service and location
