Disliked poor customer service, only can check in after 4pm, need to pay for parking

Disliked Book for two room unit for 4 pax. Found two room, one with a queen bed another room with a single bed, also with a foldable mattress, expecting the 4th pax to sleep on the cold floor. Disappointed. Otherwise would be nice, value for money.

Expected free parking, ended up paying—no response from host.

Disliked We booked this property with the understanding that free parking was included, as clearly stated on the booking site. However, upon arrival, we were told by the guard that the access card could not be used for parking. Only later did the host inform us that the parking system was being upgraded and the card was no longer valid. I immediately pointed out to the host that the booking site mentioned free parking, but I never received any reply—not even by the time we checked out. This lack of communication was frustrating and left us having to pay for parking ourselves. While we understand that upgrades happen, guests should be informed in advance—especially when it affects promised amenities. Please update your listing to reflect the current parking situation and ensure future guests are notified ahead of time.

Overall very comfort, clean, tv have many channel very good.. Will stay in here again.

Had to pay for the parking in all it came around Rm 70 as they said it was free parking

Liked Thought it was a 3 room unit but it was a 2 room unit n 1 bathroom quite difficult for 5 people

Disliked Place had a bid of smell coming from the bathroom n had to wash the bathroom every time we used it
