First and last stay
Liked On the plus side, it’s spacious and good for big families, location is good.
Disliked Place looks exactly like the photos, though a little more ‘vintage’ than expected. Service was interesting – we requested cleaning, but apparently, the team preferred not to show up. Parking was quite an adventure: the lots are front and back, so if you have two cars, you’ll enjoy playing musical chairs just to get one out. We decided to park elsewhere and were promptly clamped by management, which cost us RM200 (clearly a very efficient way of making easy money). And despite our feedback, late checkout was only possible if we rated them 5 stars – such a creative approach to hospitality.
