Liked Location strategic

Disliked I had bad experience while stay here because double booking happened with another customer. I already paid full payment with deposit RM100. When I'm reach here, one of the staff bring me to another chalet, but I need to make another payment RM 3xx. Staff A instruct me to call by myself and speak with the management to get back my booking payment with deposit. When I speak with management, she said they will not return my payment, staff A responsible to pay back my money due to her mistake took double booking. Unfortunately staff A unable to return full payment on the spot
