Wayton Express

Superb

Liked It was clean and confy

Very comfortable, would stay again next time I visit Penang.

Liked Room was small but had all the needed utilities like writing desk, clothes rack, hangers and air conditioning (which was easily adjusted). Bathroom slippers for each occupant was very appreciated. Common shower and bathroom was kept in clean condition and there was hardly a queue to use the wash areas. Public areas were tidy and well decorated.

Disliked Smoking area could be moved to the back of the outside corridor instead of right in front of the main entrance which all occupants cannot avoid.

Passable

Affordable and reasonable.

Liked The air conditioning functions well. Facilities are complete (mattress, pillow, and comforter). Hangers are provided. The lift functions well. The staff is very informative and friendly.

Disliked The shower flow is quite slow. There is an issue with the iron and ironing board. Please cover the board properly. Please provide a foot mat for added comfort. Please provide tissues and water glasses according to the number of guests. Please service the fan regularly. Please reserve parking for guests.
