Walking Distance to Mount Austin - 6 pax Newly Renovated

Short family getaway on a long weekend.

Liked There are lots of food options nearby. The location is close to shopping malls like Aeon Tebrau City and Toppen, which not only have many shops, but also many kid friendly indoor playgrounds to keep children occupied while adults can shop.

Disliked My 2 year old woke up at 8.30am, which was after the 10pm-8am quiet hours stated. Although my child was noisy, the neighbor who came to complain could have been friendlier. We did apologize but we hoped the neighbor could have been more understanding. It is tough to manage a 2 year old and we were trying our best to make sure a quiet atmosphere was maintained even outside the quiet hours. Took my child to the playground at about 9am and saw that it was poorly maintained. One mini see saw had a very broken and rusted spring, which could injure a kid. Ended up only using the swing.

Average, probably first and last despite being value for money.

Liked The unit was clean.

Disliked It would be better if client is informed earlier that toiletries are not provided instead of 24 hours prior during collection of deposit to allow sufficient time for preparation. The bed and pillow was extremely uncomfortable. Did not have good sleep on both nights.

Liked Easy check in an out ... Meeting up Uncle Choi to collect keys was a breeze . He was friendly n helpful with information. The apartment was clean n comfortable Also everything was available . Easy access to everywhere . Thanks Uncle Choi n will be back !!

Liked Exceptionally clean (the floor is squeaky clean) and well-furnished.

Liked The apartment was well maintained and clean and I had no issues. Location was not within the main Mount Austin retail area and needed about 10 min walk or short grab ride
