Convenient, however not the 'cleanest'.
Liked The hotel was a convenient distance from Suria KLCC, which was where we heading towards majority of the days in KL. The overall atmosphere and comfort of the apartment was almost excellent, warm water from the showers that flowed almost instantly, good lighting, as well as spacious. We had a clogged toilet incident but after contacting the person in charge, someone was sent to help fix it. Much appreciated ! HOWEVER, we did have a problem with cleanliness. There were a lot of pre-existing chip bits and crumbs stuck in between the sofa. We also had an incident with a cockroach appearing from one of the bedroom, which resurfaced again two days later. While checking under the bed for the whereabouts of the cockroach, my room mate had discovered another creature (unknown) which was hiding in the floorboard. This is something that should be looked for hygienic reasons. Other than that, the overall experience has been amazing, and I would not mind staying back here :)
