Liked Everything was great, especially: - cleanliness of the apartment - facilities in the apartment, including washing machine, comfy beds, air con, and Netflix/Amazon - responsive and friendly staff; good communication on whatsapp - the cafe on the ground floor and the pool, gym, and convenience store on level 6 - location right in KLCC (but apartments are still quiet if you choose a higher floor)

Disliked Charge for use of pool and gym. Pool is dated and small with no views

Liked The man who met us was a very nice guy. It was fun to get to know him.

Disliked After meeting our host, I felt invisible, kind of weird. At one point my key card stopped working for the elevators. Felt very impersonable to call an office. No offer to fix the card so it would work.. I was just told to use another elevator. Very impersonal. But the place was really wonderful.

Great for a city break but check in could be better

Disliked Cold showers. We were not shown how to turn the water up. The manager who was supposed to meet us to let us in did not make himself known to us so we waited outside for nearly an hour. We tried ringing him but phones would not connect. He wasn’t very helpful at all
