Still lovely. My 3rd stay at Vortex

Liked Location is convenient and in the city centre

Disliked Watermarks in ceilings.

Safe stay but only self check in not like other have huge waiting area

Liked Very close to mrt and Petronas Tower

Disliked Grocery store is not around only 7/11

Liked Everything is good .. staff was very heplfull

Liked The location of the hotel was very convinient to the mall and twin towers.

Disliked The hotel is in a very noisy place along a main road. It was very difficult to sleep. The bath towels were very old and were still hanging out to dry. We only had 2 toiler rolls for 3 nights/ 4 days.
