Liked I didnt stay here due to property occupied by other customer. The owner suggest other room but have to pay rm 1400 more. Im asking to cancel it but she didnt cancel it on her side. Then found other hotel only then she tell me i dont have to pay rm 1400. I did request for free cancellation but got rejected.
