Facilities and premies need to improve

Liked Location is good, donwstairs is vicacity.

Disliked The walls were very dirty, and the paint on them looked bad. The security guard was very rude. We just wanted to get our luggage out of the car, but the security guard had a very bad temper. Inside the apaetment bathroom, it was horrible; the hose was leaking and left a big puddle. All the aircon controls didn't work at all, which made it very hot at night. And the Wi-Fi didn't even work, which meant there was no source of entertainment. The TV relied on the Wi-Fi, but there was no Wi-Fi. The landlord is kind and tries to solve problems. It just takes time for the problems to be settled. We wish the landlord would re-polish the premises and all the facilities. We moved out of the premises on the second day.

Good facilities but upset that although swimming pool was listed , guests were not allowed to use!!!

Disliked The toilet floors were always wet because of water leak

Liked I like the location at Vivacity as you can find everything in the mall.

Disliked The lizards in the unit are very disgusting. Shower glass door is not clean with watermarks stained and shower head spray in master bedroom not working properly.

Disliked Wifi connection not connected to mobile o othrrs device..

This is our second time staying at Jazz Suite and it has been a wonderful experience again. The suite is very comfortabl
