Not Convrnient for the Elderly

Liked It's above a shopping mall. Has its own car park.

Disliked It's not convenient if you're travelling with an elderly. Picking up the keys was a hassle because we drove. We had to park our car by the 'main' roadside , walked up the stairs to the shopping mall, walk to the lobby, pick up the keys from a mail box, then down the stairs to the main road and drive up to the unit's carpark. The unit is situated down the hall and is kinda far from the lift. Imagine you would need to move all your luggages from your car, walk to the lift, out the lift, and walk down the unventilated 'hallway' to the unit with an elderly person who needs all the help. If I'm travelling again with an elderly person I will definitely choose a hotel instead. The exhaust fan in the master bedroom bathroom needs some serious cleaning.

Liked Overall, it was a comfortable experience. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and parking.

Disliked However, I was quite disappointed to find that the pool was not available during my stay. One of the main reasons I chose this apartment was because of the advertised pool, and not being able to use it was a letdown. It would have been helpful if this information had been communicated to guests beforehand, as it could have influenced my decision. (kids are super excited and it was super tired to hear the kids nagging about the pool) Despite this, the other amenities were satisfactory, and the host were friendly and responsive to any requests. If the pool issue gets resolved, I would consider staying here again. For now, I would recommend confirming the availability of the pool in advance if it's an important part of the stay.
