A comfortable, spotless stay in a fantastic location with warm, friendly service!
Liked A pleasant and comfortable stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-maintained, with sufficient storage and clean kitchen utensils. Being on the top floor, we had a lovely, unobstructed view, although the haze unfortunately obscured much of it during our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to the LRT, shopping centres and Grab rides. The surroundings felt safe, even at night, the lifts were efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked The only minor downside was the TV entertainment. Netflix was inaccessible as the account had reached its device limit, and there were no local TV channels. A small inconvenience that didn't affect our overall stay.

Disliked The fact we got there near midnight and had no toilet paper in eother of the toilets at our room, asked reception the next day and they gave hand tissue and said they had no toilet rolls we went and brought our own

Disliked As it’s a service apartment based concept, it’s understandable that the units are cleaned only for long stays, but I think for a stay of 7-8 nights including one free cleaning isn’t unreasonable.

Disliked There is a limited TV program. There should be a TV guide how to use the normal channel for news or documentary. I cannot find extra trash bags.
