Liked Got the room upgraded to two bedrooms. I love the unit, huge, decent kitchen and living room, great rooftop pool with sauna. Super easy access to metro and malls.

Disliked The noise from the road can be annoying, especially midnight, like a supercar or something.

i face an issue with AC ( unit i stay), they came in the evening to reset, and 2nd time they came at 9pm to reset again.

Liked the place was very convenient as it is near mid valley

Disliked i book 2 room, 1 room is a 3 bedroom unit, 2nd room i book after i get confirmation from reception thru call stated that i can get the same floor( 2 bedroom unit). Instead when i reach this place, they said they un-able to provide the 2nd room with the same floor. so i downgrade my 3 bedroom unit to 3 unit of 2 bedroom unit as they are not willing to refund my booking where 1 unit of 2 bedroom apartment are way less than 1 unit ( 3 bedroom apartment).

Disliked Disappointed with the service. I booked a 3-bedroom apartment and requested an additional 2-bedroom unit on the same floor. Upon arrival, no unit was available, and they refused to refund me. I reluctantly accepted three 2-bedroom apartments to keep my family together. This issue was not my fault, and I expected a fairer solution.

Liked It is connected to two shopping malls via a bridge. There are enough food and shopping options.

Disliked The noise level from the expressway disturb the quality of sleep.
