We had a wonderful stay at Viento and can't wait to come back!

Liked The location was extremely convenient - just a short walk from Jonker Street, yet far enough to avoid the crowds and noise. On weekends (Friday to Sunday), the main road outside the hotel is closed to vehicles, making it lovely to stroll around without worrying about traffic. Check-in was a breeze, and we were welcomed with a chilled drink - a thoughtful gesture much appreciated in the hot weather! The room completely met our expectations, and we especially enjoyed the projector TV setup. The bathroom and toilet are separate, both very spacious, and equipped with great water pressure. Most importantly, the entire room was clean. Keep up the good work!!

Disliked It is more of a suggestion - if space permits, adding a compact table and chair would make the room even more functional, though we appreciate that the current setup prioritizes the projector screen.

Liked It’s a great place to stay when visiting Malacca, especially if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable while exploring the city. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again on our next visit. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one! ✨ Highly recommended!

A very pleasant stay

Liked Hotel and room was very clean and neat. Location was walking distance to many other places.

Disliked My room was on the ground floor and there's too much noise when someone walks upstairs. The hotel has given ear plugs but this is not the way to address the problem.

Centrally located cozy stay

Liked It’s quite central location and it’s walking distance to all the major sights to see in the city (not that the city is massive..) and my favorite part of the stay is that they had a projector in the room 🫶🏽 and it was sooooo nice watching a movie, falling asleep in bed after a long day!

Disliked The noise insulation between the rooms are non existent and I woke up in middle of the night to these cackling, laughing noise and I had to call the front desk (it was 2am). The sheets and towels seemed bit old.. and the pillows are not the best. Since it’s in the heritage area, the cars can’t go to the front of the hotel and you do have to carry your luggage and walk a small distance (in the heat)

Liked The staff is very friendly. The welcome drink is very nice. The location is good. The room is clean. Thanks to the staff who man the VR room. She was very patient and tried her best to meet my child's request.

Disliked One of the game in the VR room is faulty. Needs maintenance and we could not play.
