Liked If I have to find a silver lining, it comes down to exactly two things: the 24-hour KK Mart right around the corner for late night cravings, and a hot shower with excellent water pressure. Those two amenities single handedly saved the entire experience.

Disliked Do not be fooled by the pictures. This property is absolutely not worth the money. My stay was incredibly frustrating due to severe maintenance and cleanliness issues: • Filthy Facilities: The kitchen utensils were covered in thick oil and clearly had not been washed before my arrival. • Outdated & Neglected Rooms: The air conditioning units are ancient, yellowed, and desperately need servicing. To make matters worse, the room was flooded with rainwater when I checked in because the windows are broken and unmaintained. • Pest Issues: The only "thoughtful" thing the host did was provide a can of cockroach spray which I immediately had to use to kill two cockroaches. The room feels completely infested. • Exhausting Security Process: The most ridiculous part was the building security. Even though the guards watched us walk in and out multiple times a day, they forced us to write down our personal information and hand over an ID card every single time we returned. (note they barely can speak malay and english)

Liked It has sofa and small kitchen with dryer/washer and dining table which are convenient for us. Diane has quick response to my requests. Opposite has hawker centers.

Disliked The bedroom doesn’t have TV, there is a smell that won’t go away even after spraying of scent. As the condo is nearby to Old Klang road , there is persistent noise in the background so must close the bathroom windows and doors to block the noise. Opposite are hawker centers but must walk across the overhead bridge. The gym only had air conditioning in the inner side but warm on the outside of the room.

Disliked The cleanliness standards at this property were the worst I’ve experienced. One of the bathrooms had a strong smell of sewage and rotten waste throughout our stay, suggesting an unresolved plumbing or sewerage issue. It was so unpleasant that we couldn’t use that bathroom at all. The kitchen also had a moth and pest infestation, which made it feel quite unhygienic. The second bathroom initially had no hot water. To their credit, the issue was fixed after we reported it, but these are basic checks that should have been completed before guests arrived. Another major downside is that you can’t open the windows for fresh air because there is constant construction noise from the building next door. Overall, I would not recommend this property, even for solo travellers, let alone couples or families.
