Very poor service by the agent

Disliked The property keys were very hard to collect. No any response from the agent. Supposed to check in at 3pm I reached there 10 mins earlier and trying to contact the agent. Agent didnt even provide the unit number and call is not going through whatapp is not able to reach out. after 2 hours receiving a message from a new number and agent asked to wait for another 30 mins to generate the QR Code for the parking. after getting in the keys are not in the mail box. really frustrated with the service bery poor and we checked in 3 hours delay than the actual time. Very very very POOR SERVICE

Disappointing

Liked I recently stayed at this Airbnb and was quite disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the unit. The toilet bowl was dirty and didn’t seem like it had been properly cleaned before our check-in. The unit has a mirrored wall feature, which could be a nice touch, but unfortunately the mirrors were stained and clearly had not been wiped in a long time. Additionally, the curtain in the master bedroom had noticeable holes, giving a very worn-out appearance. Overall, the condition of the toilet and general upkeep of the place did not meet expectations. With some proper cleaning and maintenance, this could be a much better stay.

Disliked The location is convenient, with easy access from the parking area straight to the lift and then to the room. I also appreciated the clear communication from the host, they sent me a detailed house guide in PDF format via WhatsApp, which was very helpful. The security guard was kind enough to guide me to the mailbox room where I could collect the keys. That part of the check-in process went smoothly.

I enjoyed my stay very much. It's a very comfortable place to stay and quite near to Mid Valley Mall

Liked The beds were very comfortable. Toilet was spacious too. All amenities available. The floor it was at was conveniently on the floor which had the gym and area to hang out or do your work with a view. Which was enjoyable and nice!

Disliked The location is a little longer to get to. The Uturn from highway is quite a distance as well to turn back to the apartment.

A really good stay, but be wary.

Liked It has a unique room architecture; the doors. The shower and the beds are fine, there's even a decent view of KL city. The unit was fortunately clean and has a nice fragrance the moment we checked into the room.

Disliked There isn't much flaws to talk about here. The only major red flag is the customer service; owner did not picked up our calls and did not respond to any of our messages. We do have to wait for a long time at the lobby, until another agent/assistant showed up on their behalf. Another flaw here, not a major one, is how the unit we were staying have tons of cabinets but does not have sufficient pillows. One of the beds in the unit are not in good shape either (broken). Overall, good stay, but customer service needs improvement.

Superb

Very spacious comfortable apartment

Liked The apartment was spacious, nice pool, 2 beds, iron, ironing board, kitchen good enough to cook in, washing machine , big fridge. Very comfortable.mid way between batu cave and city. Very detailed and easy check in. Responsive host.

Disliked Cleaning left a little to be desired. Since 60rm is added to the room fee, for a 5 day booking, a cleaner should come to atleast clean it once.
