Liked Location was great, very spacious, AC and Wifi worked well. View and balcony were a great feature!

Disliked Some pipes aren’t sealed (master bathroom) so there were cockroaches in there pretty frequently.

Liked location eventhough it’s bit hard to get to the parking on busy time as the entrance shared with mall goers. spotless n clean.

Disliked parking. we were given visitors parking for both cars which located far from the lift and in open area. we understand the situation for 2nd car… but the first car also given visitors parking, while i noticed other guest unit from other management got to park at unit designated plus. it has been raining, making it harder to access with puddles etc.

Comfortable and convenient

Liked Location was excellent. Access to shopping mall, restaurants and golf courses. Only a short walk or GRAB to Waterfront area.

Disliked TV not able to be used. No WiFi for the last day and a half Apartment initially very hot on attendance. Took a little while to cool down on arrival, once we worked out remotes.

Decent stay. Unsafe for kids

Liked 1. Spacious home and bedrooms. Well air conditioned and aerated. Comfortable pillows, and sheets. 2. Simple minimalistic interiors and great view from the balcony. 3. Clear check in instructions. 4. Great location, as right below is the mall, with many convenience stores available nearby. Grab is easily available too.

Disliked 1. No water available. It’s a basic necessity yet not provided. 2. No toaster available 3. No WiFi was available during our stay. However it was well compensated. 4. Parking lot was a in an open air visitor’s lot. Not sure why a covered lot is not given for the unit. 5. Play area not available as advertised. We had to ask for it - and only the playmat was eventually fixed. The tunnel for the play area was spoilt and unsafe to be used. 6. Unable to lock door from inside. Door can be opened from inside despite being locked. Major safety issue, especially with kids around
