Disliked 1. poor response from staff 2. poor parking very far from lift 3. air conditioning not cool as well 4. only got 1 spoon 5. half an hour to wait for lift 6. door for room problem to close n open

Disliked Swimming pool and kids pool not very safe especially kids pool because some tiles broken and maintenance not repairing or displace the new tiles

Liked All facilities at level 11 is awesome

Disliked There are birds shittiing on my motorcycle at parking 😂

The service from the reception and customer service was excellent. They were so helpful and courteous.

Liked It was clean and so spacious. We enjoyed the view of the hills and apartments around us

Disliked The swimming pool could have a bathroom to washup instead of going back to apartment to clean up

Liked 1. Jelutong market and local food stalls are nearby (but not walking distance). Famous Indian mee goreng (in day time) and my favorite peanut soup (in night time) are here. 2. New Jelutong market also nearby with some nice local foods (but not walking distance)

Disliked 1. 3 lifts are not enough, another one lift in maintenance throughout my 4 days stay. Long waiting time and always full with people. 2. Lack of restaurants and cafes within the building or compound like most commercial apartments have.
