Urban Suites, Signature Collection by Stellar ALV

Liked Clean and nice property

Liked Love the sofa, the view, the wall drawing and room window view of the building and road at Georgetown Penang.

Disliked Some floor areas a bit sticky maybe not properly mop or clean.

Liked I like the way the rooms and it's comfortable. Nicely and clean

Disliked The lift was very slow, late to get a lift need to improve the lift system. Because we need to wait around 30-40 minutes in the parking lot just to get a lift and night time it is not safe to wait at the parking Alot that much

Good

Liked The house is clean, spacious and very comfortable for group of 6

Disliked During peak hours (like during check out or check in time), it will be hard for you to get into the elevator and you might have to wait until 20 minutes just to find an elevator that you can fit at least 1 person. It is not the host fault but it can affect the whole experience. Developer should separate the upper and lower level for lift
