Disliked HOST NOT HELPFUL AT ALL WILL NOT NOT RECCCOMEND ANYONE TO STAY MY FAMILY REGRET BOOKING WITH YOU TOO.

Not so comfortable

Liked The location. Beds were acceptable. Lighting in apartment was excellent.

Disliked 1. Cleanliness was sorely lacking. The bedsheets and pillowcases didnt seem to have been changed, and was dusty. 2. The aluminium frames in the main hall need to be replaced as all broken and cannot be closed to ward the sun off 3. Hall cushion chairs should be replaced as it was old and dusty 4. Toilet door need to be changed as it was breaking off at the bottom 5. There should be two sets of cards for access to apartment and to lifts. Only given one which was very difficult for other family members.

Disliked I was told to transfer money for deposit. Was told to deposit 300rm but I only have 100rm. I deposited 100rm but they did not refund my deposit until today.

this was my first unpleasant airbnb i had to choose this bcs it was a last min trip but tbh theres plenty more options t

Liked The facilities (but we didnt really use throughout the stay) and they provided 2 slots for parking

Disliked - Lifts take forever to come (esp during weekends) because its v high dense (about 40++ floors) condo and almost all the units are airbnbs. - the airbnb was super unhygienic upon arrival, floors were sticky and our feet turned black, mirrors had stains and dust was at every corner of the room. (Had to call the owner and complain cause the floors were just so dirty so they had someone come over to clean 🙄) - furnitures were super flimsy and felt dirty ngl it felt like they were gonna snap at any minute 💀 the back of their doors had big holes in them… like someone punched through them
