Urban Suites Homestay WL COSY PLT

amazing short stay

Liked very spacious, comfortable and clean

Disliked no laundry detergent (but it’s not a big deal)

Dissapontments on staycation

Liked The rooms were okay in unit 1A 13-10.

Disliked The main thing I didn't like is that there are only 3 out of 4 elevator that was functioning. Out of the three, had to wait for lift for 45 minutes most of the time and it does not stop on my level sometimes. Waiting time is too long. Extremely dissapointed as due to the waifng time our day to day task gets delayed as well. It's ridiculous. The 2nd thing would be that the bathrooms drain get clogged within just few minutes after opening the shower. It's very uncomfortable to shower when there is a water rise. There were also ants on the kitchen counter and tiny insects found in the bedsheets/comforter. Bedding were not very clean and had some unpleasant smell. As for parking, I did mention upon booking that I wanted 2 parking space. I expected 2 free parking space. However, only 1 was provided. There was no one to enquire regarding this as well. Had to park outside which is inconvinient and had to pay for the outside parking. Therefore, I feel there is no transparency as to where customer can park when they come in 2 cars.
