My Penang Trip

Liked Overall, the location of the homestay is quite good and convenient. It is easy to get around, and there are plenty of places nearby for food and dining. This made our stay more convenient, especially when travelling with family.

Disliked The lift waiting time is too long. Sometimes we had to wait around 20–25 minutes, especially during check-out. A lot of time was wasted just waiting for the lift. The parking is also not very convenient. Our parking lot was on Level 10, so every time we went in or out, we had to drive around almost 10 rounds to reach the parking.

Liked "The room was very comfortable and suitable for families."

Disliked "Overall, the stay was pleasant. However, the waiting time for the lift was quite long, especially during peak check-out hours. We hope this can be improved for the convenience of guests
