Disliked Check-in time was 3pm, but we were unable to enter the house. We called and called for 1 hour to inquire, but there was no response at all. The problem was finally resolved with the help of Customer Service after 45 mins waiting. The property showed no intention of apologizing.
Disliked Bathroom window need lock because its not safe,someone can enter the house from that window
Liked Host allowed us early check in. It was very clean. Fully equipped. Lacking nothing. It’s the best unit between the 5 ones we stayed in. Host is very responsive and friendly. Thank you blue skys for the generosity and great services.
Liked The facility is clean. The beds are comfortable.
Disliked The lifts were slow and always crowded. Only 2 of 4 lifts were working. We wasted a lot of time waiting for the lift.

Liked The owner is very thoughtful about the needs of her guests. There are "Halal" utensils for the use of Muslim guests. There are baby chairs and baby tub. They provided 2 sets of key. It's so easy for us to go out. She also has a baby chair and a baby tub.. The house is clean and easy to access.
Disliked The house is big but the rooms are small. Bit crowded for 3 adults We stayed in 2 bedrooms apartments. Bidet `
