Liked I overslept and late checkout, they still can handle it with good behaviour

Very pleasant stay and property manager so nice

Liked Very convenient property in central location of Kuching at the waterfront. Property is a traditional Malaysian house cut into twi floors and we stayed at second floor. Bathroom is enough (3 WC and 2 showers) and there is a washer and a dryer per floor. We were alone at the second floor so experience was even exceptional. Also most of nearby excursions include this area as a pickup/drop-off spot.

Disliked Not so much to say, maybe more mirrors in the room but that is a small detail

Liked I got a massive room, it was clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect !

Disliked No personal to give the key, O got help.from another guest, no Internet conection

Fine on a budget

Liked The location was great, right on the waterfront. They let us keep our bags there for one night away at Bako. There is free drinking water and a fridge upstairs.

Disliked When we arrived (at check-in time), the room wasn't ready. There isn't a reception area and staff is not onsite, so we waited a considerable amount of time (almost 2 hours) with nowhere to store our backpacks and go out sightseeing. The bathroom was far from the room and not very clean. People smoke in the stairwell and in the bathrooms. The floors are very loud and creaky.

Liked Very close to everything in the city

Disliked The wood pavement made too much noise all the time when someone walked on. At night the noise was like it being in the room The toilet and shower were not so clean No windows in the room

Liked The location is great. also free washer and dryer and drinking water.

Disliked during my stay, I did not see any staff. the showers were not cleaned at all, there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms. internet was non functional. the kitchen area smelled constantly like durian. the front door was always open and not able to be locked
