Liked The view was amazing, the room was comfortable and clean. The swimming pool was not available but there were other two smaller pools that also overlooked the city and were good enough. There is a mall three minutes away and KL Sentral is super close as well.
Disliked The elevator is a little bit annoying when the hotel is busy; although it is very fast sometimes it takes 10 min to get down from the highest floor because it stops in every level. Not that it is anyone’s fault (they have 4 lifts) but it can be annoying.

Liked I liked the room, it was spacious and clean. Very well located, and wifi was fast.
Disliked The lifts took some time to arrive but not too long. Would've loved to have a mini fridge in the room but even without it, it was great value.

Bad experience
Liked Good location for what we need.
Disliked The internet was really bad and because of that the tv never works. The staff in the lobby were rude, cero friendly.
