Unique Design House, 2BR House - Near Ipoh Local Foodies

Liked All is good

Disliked The porch very dirty. Alot of dried leaved

Additional charges to Booking.Com listed prices

Liked The location was appropriate to where I wanted to stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.

Disliked A little attention needs to be taken when booking this place as I didn't like the fact that the price advertised in my search for accommodation on Booking.Com and the price I actually payed for it was much higher. It included cleaning charges and additional charges which I wasn't expecting, and I only realised the actual higher prices as I was pressing to confirm my booking, unfortunately a little too late. My bad, my mistake, I should have been more careful. There was quite a bit of left over bits and pieces left in the drawers and cupboards in house. Someone needs to go in and give it a good clean out. There were also exposed electrical wires coming out of the wall, in the open space between the living room and the bathroom, which is a danger in itself, especially if there were children staying over.

Quiet neighbourhood, ideal for peaceful, restful holiday.

Liked Overall vibe of the house. Host was responsive to question and request to restock toiletries.

Disliked The air cond in the living room could be cooler.

Disliked Washing machine need to be fully drum clean service.

Liked All 👍👍👍

And just the timing that the neighbour having renovation and start drilling in the morning.

Liked Prime location, easy check in. Nice design..

Disliked Water leakage, smelly due to water leakage. Ventilation is very bad. Way to improve
