Liked location is near to most places i want to go but the house doesnt fit my expectation

Disliked the house is old. i think it is 30 years old. and the neighborhood is loud. too near to others house. the door is not really secure. seems like easy to access by other. i have to buy own padlock. the toilet is too small the shower doesn't have the handle the utensils and dishes provided is not clean.
