Liked ✅ Everything's new & clean because it's a new apartment. ✅ View are fantastic because it's a new apartment (maybe after 5-10 years view will be blocked by future development). ✅ Parking area are reserved for customer aka unit owner. ✅ Aircond, tv channel & internet facility well provided. ✅ Strategic location, very near to every attraction place.

Disliked Maybe I'm not so fond & familiar with airbnb style where everything is online, for future customers reference; please be prepared & understand that this is a service apartment with multiple owners that buy properties for investment. So be prepared with : ❌ No welcoming party. ❌ No front desk person (struggle by yourself to follow procedure). ❌ Do It Yourself like you have live there for 5 years. ❌ Bangladesh security guard will attend your entrance IF ONLY you ask with mix bangla/malay/english language. ❌ Be prepared to confront bangladesh security acting like police & powerful authority.
