Twin Tower Residence By The one - 10m walk to JB Custom & CIQ

We did last last minute booking but all went smoothly. Room was comfy.

Not recommended for those not having private transport!

Disliked Location: good only from JB CIQ to apartment! Else, far from malls, much difficulty to pick grab, also expensive. Good only for those having private transport, else as a tourist, not recommended. As if u get stuck in there, no food facilities around. We had to order food on delivery! Very disappointing experience for kids. Construction in the vicinity was very noisy. Not a welcoming home as only 2 chairs were provided for 4 people!!!

Liked The place was clean, tidy, and well maintained. Location was also convenient, a grab from here to city square is RM6 and to Aeon Tebrau is RM12 during non peak hours. There is also a water filter, so you don't need to buy water. Towels, shampoo and shower gel provided, alongside a hairdryer, as well as hangers to hang up the wet towels. Super convenient for a short stay.

Disliked The aircon took a while to cool the place down as it was one Aircon for the whole studio apartment. The cookware is not well maintained, so can't really cook.
