Liked Upon confirmation of booking, details of check in were not send on WhatsApp after providing my number, texted and called them numerous times when on the way and at the apartment but no answer or reply. Had to book another hotel because of this irresponsible behaviour. They only replied on the WhatsApp around 8.30 pm, i ask for refund and they start giving excuses. I would like booking.com to help me get my refund.

Disliked Can’t comment because I didn’t get to check in due no reply and communication.

Would be great stay if all construction finished by then

Liked Clean room close proximity to jb sentral and shopping centre. Good facilities Easy to grab around

Disliked No washing detergent No slippers Can't walk around as construction of rts around

Liked Rather prompt action by the staff as the key to the unit we were supposed to get was missing in the mailbox when we wanted to collect. Got another unit in the same building.

Disliked The obvious wear and tear of the facilities in the unit. E.g. broken fan remote holder, wonky kitchen cabinet. Beds were NOT comfortable at all. We all woke up feeling sore and achy all over. No hand soap provided at the toilet sinks.
