Liked Location was good even though at this point, there's alot of closure on the main road nearby, so getting to the residence requires some re-routing. once you are in the vicinity, there's a lot of shops in the area. the residential block itself has a restaurant/canteen at level 8.

Disliked the equipment within the unit can be improve. the washing machine is not connected so its not useable.

Disliked Everything. Both kid and husband said that it was the worst accommodation they had stayed in. Got locked out and can’t get in when we returned in the middle of the night just because somebody locked the gate. Thin wall, can totally hear next door neighbours conversation and kid crying continuously.

Even though the host replies promptly and friendly unit is disappointing . not worth for the money

Liked The host is always prompt in replies . He has allowed us to check out lately . The area is very near to KSL and City square , 5- 7 mins drive . Have minimart in the condo .Aircon working fine.

Disliked The host need to improve few things . One of the bed headboard became old and quarter of the headboard is stained which is not nice to see and the mattress also not comfortable .It is time to change the bed frame and mattress .other bed's blanket is torn big and they didn't changed yet .There is no water dispenser , we need to buy water from outside .Not even the tissue is provided , if anything spill we need to use our packet tissue. Toilet flush is not working properly . it is a studio room , when the next door people speaks or cough it clearly can hear and makes scary . There is no chairs in the balcony to enjoy the view . Swimming pool is dirty as there is pigeons coming . We felt the price we paid is not worth the money .
