Liked Great apartment with good facilities.

Disliked The check in process took a little longer due to the key pad issue at the door to the apartment. Also the key card did not work in Lift 1 of Building A, cause some inconveo.

Affordable apartment with very dated furnishings

Liked The location was near the main road. 20 minutes walk to KSL and 10 mins to Pelangi Plaza. Grab is about 8Rm to 12 to KSL. Check in and out very simple, go register at lobby and self collect at mailbox. Balcony has good morning and afternoon sun to dry cloths. All the appliances are in good working condition.

Disliked Parking is at Level 7a, each level has A and B level that meant that drivers have to making about many many up ramp turns to get to 7A carpark. The carpark ramp is like a after thought by the engineers or builders, some are extremely narrow. The building and apartment is 10 years old, but everything is so dated and poorly maintained. If black mould on walls and grout irks you, maybe you should look for something else.
