Value For Money Though Need Improvement

Liked I’ll keep this review objective. The key collection instructions were clear and easy to follow. The unit is located on a high floor and offers a nice view. We only realised upon arrival that it was a dual-key unit, as this wasn’t something we were aware of beforehand. That said, the unit itself was well-kept, clean, and spacious enough for our family of four. It was also well equipped with a washing machine, utensils, and cutlery, which made the stay more convenient and comfortable overall.

Disliked There were, however, a few issues during our stay. No laundry detergent was provided, although the host had said it would be sent over the following day. Unfortunately, it never arrived. We also encountered problems with the instant water heater, which kept tripping during use. We only became aware of the issue after having to take cold showers that night, which was quite unpleasant. Soundproofing was another concern. The bedrooms are relatively close to the main road, and traffic noise could still be heard as late as around 2 a.m., which may be disruptive for light sleepers. In addition, because this is a dual-key unit, noise from the adjoining unit could also be heard fairly clearly.

Liked I loved the modern and clean apartment, the amazing city views, and the convenient location near great food and malls. The facilities were excellent—especially the pool and gym—and the communication with the host was fast, friendly, and super helpful, which made the whole experience even better.

Disliked Was inconvenient by not having toilet paper for 4 pax, microwave can’t be use , 2 drinking cups only, stove unable to light up. Took some time to get the code to enter the apartment
