First time ever i had such a bad experience booking at a unit in apartment. Will never book with them again.
Liked The only thing we like is the place near to trx ikea & so on. It has nice view swimming pool.
Disliked The room that we originally booked was so dusty & felt like not cleaned & maintained for so many months. The aircond open bcs of the damage circuit. Mop & other stuff scattered around in the toilet. Even the refrigerator was so dirty. Can check photos for evidence. I immediately asked for another room to stay. They did arrange us to another room and not as dusty as the previous one. It was bigger & look much nicer. But the toilet was soo smelly, it made the entire unit smelled so bad. I asked the staff (owner’s brother) to clean first the toilet before we changed to the new room but all he did was sprayed some air refresher & it went back to being smelly. The whole time we were there we had to endure the bad smell. It was my first time booking a place where we had to clean the toilet by ourselves. The staff also not malaysian & can’t speak eng or malay properly. I dont really mind the language barrier but not until he asked us to pay for deposit RM300 even tho i clearly whatsapp the owner a few days before & was told not to pay any deposit. The staff raised his voice at me insisted to pay, i ended up whatsapp owner to clarify. Luckily owner said no need to pay deposit. Then suddenl
