Tropicana The Residence Onebedroom suite by VVHOMESTAY

Dreadful checkin

Disliked Checking was dreadful

Overall great location and suite.

Liked Great location, nice decor and comfortable.

Disliked There are no staff on arrival, had to make a few calls and still no one knew what was happening, stuck at the front door for 45 minutes, asking people as to where to pick up the keys, lots of confusion. Finally, someone got me a key. Need better communication and reception.

Good location nice pool and gym

Liked Apartment is comfortable and has lots of storage good for long term. Location is excellent

Disliked Smell in bathroom very strong and because there are no windows you can open it stays in apartment

Very good
