Liked The staff are very cooperative and friendly ; the location is nearby to twin towers almost 3-5 minutes. Highly recommended

Disliked No hot water to make cup a tea. No hand towel to wipe hands after using bathroom, No real comms from the staff and no info booklet / map for new visitors to Malaysia
