Good base for George Town exploration

Liked The location and proximity to George Town site is great! Cleanliness level is also good! And bed is comfy

Disliked There’s actually alot of missed opportunities to bring the comfort level up from a 6 to 9. Just a little investment will go a long way. Soft lighting in living room/ bedroom More power points at strategic location Main door latch Maybe removal of nightstand at living room to create more space Change of toilet door to bifold version Decent size TV Fixing the hot water dripping issue etc. It will cost alittle but will definitely elevate the quality

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Host is very responsive.

Liked Good location, convenient to go to most tourist areas. There are cafes and 7-11 at the ground floor.

Disliked We wish the pillows are softer.

Liked Location and clean. The place is quiet too. I love the washing machine and water dispenser. The water taste is so good. I also like clothes rack too. The facilities are very nice. They provide a lot of extra things.

Disliked The toilet was broken and I couldn’t fix that. It’s annoying me whenever I went to the toilet.

Wonderful stay – exceeded our expectations!

Liked We had a wonderful stay here and the place honestly exceeded our expectations. The unit was very clean, comfortable, spacious and looked even better than we expected. Everything was well maintained and we felt completely at home throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient for getting around Penang. What stood out the most was the service. The host was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive throughout our stay. When we had some difficulty with the parking, they even took the time to check for another available parking space for us, which we really appreciated. Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this place again the next time we are in Penang. Highly recommended!

Disliked The only downside for us was the parking. Our allocated parking was on Level 10, so there were quite a number of rounds to drive up, and some of the turns were quite narrow. The parking space itself was also a little tight for our 7-seater. It may not be much of an issue for a smaller car, but larger vehicles can be a little challenging. That said, the host was very helpful when we mentioned it and even tried to find us an alternative space, so we really appreciated the effort.

Liked Our family of 8 had a great stay, looking out over George Town from the 32nd floor. Easy check-in, collecting keys from a lockbox downstairs. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a hit for the kids. Two marts and a bakery downstairs in the same building. Already given feedback to the owners that tea towels for the kitchen, and hand towels for the bathrooms would be super helpful for future guests.

Overall pleasant stay except initial hiccups in coordination

Disliked It’s Airbnb model serviced apartment without any front desk or in-person meeting to address any issue requires immediate attention such as need of extra blanket or something found out not operating after check-in then one has to contact on WhatsApp message only as they reluctant to attend call and prefer messaging. It could be easier for Solo traveller or couple but could be better to have someone greet you at property for large group or family.
