Troika Kota Bharu Penthouse Homestay 1 Room L35

Passable

Exceptional

Overall, i had a good stay, but the could be improved further.

Liked 1. The house has every basic things you need. The microwave, kettle, ample cutleries and utensils etc. 2. The internet not bad, not too slow. 3. The location and view are good. 4. The house is comfortable.

Disliked 1. The cleaning is not as per par. I had to mop the floor and wipe the dining&conse table since it has stains and sticky. There was also a leftover food from previous guest which i also had to clean it up. 2. The bedsheet need to be changed honestly. 3. Since there is adjoining room, you can actually hear the noise from the other room. 4. Located at most highest floor, using & waiting for the elevator could be a hassle especially during weekend. 5. Not important, but please take note there is no coffee table and carpet in the living room.
