Bad

Liked Please do not stay at this hotel. After I arrived at kl that day, he never replied to my message. When he replied later, he told me that I couldn't check in because his staff didn't go to work and couldn't clean the house. He said he would refund me and let me find a new homestay but it's been almost one month and he didn't refund and didn’t reply to any messages.

Too much happenings with the agent. Not a happy experience.
