Trion Kuala Lumpur by Five Senses

Great apartment for families

Liked Location was good.

Disliked Location of the tower could have been written more clearly. Not easy for foreigners to locate the exact building if it’s your first time in KL.

Please provide a good quality for your Air B&B

Liked Ok good location.

Disliked This is my second time booking room at trion . My first time booking, dont have TV eventhough my booking have package TV. Second time change room, the TV not working. And for Third time, we changed the room , but not clean . I just stay at third room because im too lazy to change the room anymore. Im tired already. Second time i book, i hope got change, but getting worse. the aircond not very cold and got aircond leaking. Maybe aircond not service. Wifi also slow. Need to use hotspot to watch the netflix. Please check your tv,aircond bfr proceed to give the room to guest. What motive guest pay the room and need to face that all issues? And the worst part is got coackroach evrywhere at sink and the floor . Nonsense.

Liked The location of the accommodation is very strategic and convenient for an overnight stay. What I appreciated the most was the reservation team, who were very helpful and made the entire check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I will definitely return again in the future. Thank you.

Disliked The roads were very congested in the morning, and my family and I wanted to look for breakfast. It took us a very long time to reach our destination due to the heavy traffic.
