Disliked Air con was not working, v difficult to stay without air con in KL

Disliked The unit i was assigned to was on the 13th Floor. The bed is absolutely atrocious. The bed has totally sunken in the middle. Was not able to sleep properly. The aircon isnt cold either. Maintenance and upkeep is lacking.

Liked It was really clean & tidy. You have everything you need and the pool is amazing! And the view is phenomenal!
