Liked Location is convenient

Disliked 1. Oily floor ( obvious watermark on the floor, i wipe it and it's all dirt on the tissue ) 2. Dirty dish ( stain like sauce or something, didn't wash properly ) 3. Leftover food of previous customer still inside the refrigerator and also onion in kitchen drawer 4. Lack of essential items ( only less than half roll of toilet paper provided for 2night stay ) 5. Dusty bed and super thin quilt cover 6. Bad quality towel ( dusty cotton left on skin after using it to wipe body or face )

Facilities very good but the process is bad.

Liked Very new very clean. Spacious.

Disliked Check in process was not clear. Very stressful. The person at reception cannot be reached via WhatsApp and not always there even if we look for him physically there. Details does not tally with Booking.com website. E.g. only one queen bed instead of two king sized bed. Check in time later while check out time earlier. Need to provide RM100 deposit was not known through Booking.com.

Loved the experience. Will definitely goes there again

Liked The place was nice and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere. I loved the city view, and the place was so clean. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Also, they have a 99speedmart and 7-Eleven nearby, so no worries! I loved it. They also have facilities such as a swimming pool! I loved being there.
