Great location.
Liked The hotel is so close to Central Market, Pedaling St, Rex Bookshop, Merdakha Square River of Life and Monorail station. Staff very helpful and stored my luggage free prior to check in. Room very clean and aircon great. Bed was firm but comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of selection. Highly recommended.

It’s affordable pricing but not good service
Liked Location is close to famous places in KL
Disliked I asked for tax invoice but they provided me a wrong one. I didn’t aware because I’m not Malaysia. When I backed to my country, my company said this is not an invoice. I emailed them several times to ask support and they didn’t reply. That’s bad experience.

Liked Central location, close to public transport and City center. Plenty of food options nearby.
Disliked If you are used to toilet paper, you need to buy your own, as they don refill it. Although that room cleaning is every 5 days (no problem regarding bed sheetd), but trash bins should be empied more frequently.
